Here is the story of the Day Pants:

Once upon a time, earlier this year, Alice Cheng designed a killer pair of pants. She called them the Day Pants and predicted that every woman who tried them on would fall in love with them. And fall in love they did. They've been sold out for a while now but lucky for us, Alice produced a whole new batch for summer - in army green and ivory!

The Day Pants are made of 100% tencel. Tencel is a sustainable fabric made from wood pulp and is used for its amazing draping quality. Therefore declaring women will look carefree chic while being environmentally conscious - perfect.

We just got these in but trust us, they will go fast. Come on in, we bet you won't be able to leave without them.

The rain today has been non-stop dreary! So we've decided to have some fun and help you out this week with two outfits we put together. They're perfect with the Raspberry Pull Ons but would look just as lovely with the other colors we have in the store.

We also love the cut of the Harvest Crop jeans, so naturally, they're in both outfits. The more wear out of a good pair of denim -- the better!

We've admired Ilana Kohn's Prints season after season and we finally got them in the shop! Her patterns always echo everything we love here at A. Cheng: Simplicity, Depth, and precise use of color. Ilana's background as an illustrator shows in the whimsical themes and soft colors, combined with crisp fabrics to make them a perfect summer staple.

 We just got in new bangles from Fay Andrada, a Brooklynite by way of Portland, Maine. They are ergonomically graceful. A generous 1/8" thick , polished brass, and curved in a perfect teardrop shape. Somehow it's easier to layer and wear then regular bangles; you can continue to pound away on your computer whilst admiring how they twist and will make your daily emailing so much more glamourous. It's working for me ! Come by to the shop and give them a whirl. They come 3 in a set, $138 for the Brass and $298 for the soflty polished sterling silver.

 Most of the belts we carry are from Moss Mills and you can see why; they're made with fine materials like leather and 14k gold. We were very excited this week when we got in the new styles! This spring, the belts come in colors that go so well with a tan and a simply hot dress.

 Hey ladies, Alice has been really busy with reordering our most popular styles but most especially with designing! We have two of her new styles in the store now; the Colorblock Tank Dress in Red/Orange and the Ink Blot Tank Dress in Pink. These dresses being so easy breezy, dressing up for outdoor dinners has never been simpler.
