SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Thanks for ordering with us! We offer price based shipping within the continental USA on all orders under $200.00. For orders above that amount, shipping will be determined by weight and size of box. 

FREE SHIPPING APPLIES TO ORDERS OVER $100 for orders being shipped within the Continental US (48 States). Does not apply to orders being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Free shipping does not apply to International shipped orders.
 

USPS Mail with insurance
Fedex 2 Day – $25.00

You should receive your order within 5-10 business days. If something is out of stock we will let you know the status by email right away. If you need something by a certain date, please call us at 718 783 2826 or email us at staff@achengshop.com You will get an email with your tracking number when your item is shipped. If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
To place an order for international shipping just shop as usual. You will get a email confirmation of shipping prices before the order the goes out. We will ship by USPS with a tracking #, NOT Fedex or UPS for international shipping.

ITEM AVAILABILTY
We do our best to keep inventory status updated on our website; However when an item is sold out , you will be notified by email immediately with, hopefully some helpful suggestions on replacement styles. Any changes in your order will be updated on your order confirmation.

We accept Visa and Mastercard ONLY.


SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged only to New York State residents .NY retail sales tax is 8.875% on all clothing and shoes  of $109 and more, 4.375% under $110, and no tax on items under $55. Accessories such as scarves, handbags, and jewelry are taxed at 8.875% regardless of price. There is no tax on gift certificates.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES***Please note policies for web purchases will differ from our physical store policies.***

1.) Refund or exchanges within 14 days of receipt for Domestic Orders and 21 days for International Orders. Shipping and Handling Fees will not be returned.
 
2.) SALE ITEMS , hosiery, socks, leggings and custom jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
 
3.) All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and Footwear must have undamaged boxes. If you have a question as to whether your item is returnable, please email us.
 
4.) We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. 

5.) Please return merchandise through Fedex or UPS ground. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages and we cannot issue a refund or store credit if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us.

7.) If you need to cancel an order please email us. Orders canceled before shipping will be fully refunded. Once an order has shipped you will need to follow instructions above for returns.


We do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase, but please understand we are a small, local business that cannot offer price adjustments.  Any returns or exchanges MUST be done within 14 days. Please do not ask for an exception. 
Sizes vary by designer and brand. In our online descriptions, we point out any particular sizing issues. If you are unsure of your size or need further assistance, we are happy to help.
