Return shipping will not be covered.

You should receive your order within 5-10 business days. If something is out of stock we will let you know the status by email right away. If you need something by a certain date, please call us at 718-783-2826 or email us at You will get an email with your tracking number when your item has shipped. If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.


We offer flate-rate $40 International shipping via USPS International Priority. To place an order for international shipping just shop as usual. Your shipping price will be added upon checkout. We will ship by USPS with a tracking #, NOT Fedex or UPS for international orders.

We do our best to keep inventory status updated on our website; However from time to time we oversell an item, in this case you will be notified by email immediately. Any changes to your order will be updated on your order confirmation. 

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. When entering in the billing zip code, you only need to enter in 5 digits; if you run into trouble checking out at this point, you can use 11217 as your billing zip code. You can also email us for help.

Sales tax is charged only to New York State residents. There is no tax on gift certificates.

1.) Email us at for a RA#. Returns will NOT be accepted without prior approval. 
2.) Refund or exchanges within 14 days of receipt for Domestic Orders and 21 days for International Orders. Shipping and Handling Fees will not be returned. 
3.) SALE ITEMS, hosiery, socks, leggings and ALL jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any special promotions we may have.
4.) All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and footwear must have undamaged boxes. If you have a question as to whether your item is returnable, please email us.
5.) We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. 
6.) Please return merchandise through Fedex or UPS ground. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages and we cannot issue a refund or store credit if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us.

8.) If you need to cancel an order please email us. Orders canceled before shipping will be fully refunded. Once an order has shipped you will need to follow instructions above for returns.
