You should receive your order within 5-10 business days. If something is out of stock we will let you know the status by email right away. If you need something by a certain date, please call us at 718-783-2826 or email us at [email protected] You will get an email with your tracking number when your item has shipped. If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
International shipments are shipped via USPS international ground or Fedex International Ground. Currently we only ship to Canada for $25, UK and Australia for $50. Additional fees apply for orders over $500
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
All orders shipped internationally are final sale.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Refund or exchanges within 14 days of receipt for Domestic Orders. Shipping and Handling Fees will not be returned. You are responsible for shipping back items insured at your own expense and all duties and import fees.
SALE ITEMS, hosiery, socks, leggings, ceramics, beauty, skincare are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any special promotions we may have.
JEWELRY: must be unworn and in original condition with no warping or bending. Earrings and Rings Must be in UNWORN condition.
All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and footwear must have undamaged boxes. If you have a question as to whether your item is returnable, please email us.
We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Please return merchandise through Fedex or UPS ground. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages and we cannot issue a refund or store credit if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us.
